Dr. Sonya Shyam
Dr. Shyam started her journey toward dentistry shortly after graduating from high school. She earned her bachelor’s degree in human biology at Michigan State University in 2008 and received her doctor of dental surgery from the prestigious New York University School of Dentistry in 2013.
Dr. Shyam’s goal is to create a sound foundation for a beautiful and healthy smile. With her experience and training, she prides herself on delivering quality care personalized to her patients’ individual needs. She is committed to patient education and a superior patient experience, believing that taking the time to fully understand each patient’s goals is a key factor for successful treatment. She loves what she does and looks forward to taking care of her patients and creating beautiful smiles every day.
Dr. Shyam is committed to excellence and continuously updates her knowledge and skills through continuing education. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Shyam loves being involved in the community, creating awareness about dental health and hygiene. In her personal time, she enjoys reading, fitness activities, traveling, and spending time with family and friends in her hometown of Suwanee, GA.
Dr. Sridhar Chinta
Dr. Chinta received his bachelor’s in dental surgery in India and, seeking further training in innovative dental technology and evidence-based healthcare advancements, pursued a master’s in clinical research at New York University College of Dentistry, where he conducted several studies and published articles regarding oral health. He continued his education at NYU and graduated with his doctor of dental surgery.
Dr. Chinta has a special interest in oral surgery, aesthetic and implant dentistry, 3D printing, clear aligner therapy, and digital dentistry. He is committed to providing high-quality personalized care to maintain a healthy and bright smile for life, and will go the extra mile to make any dental treatment a pleasant and comfortable experience.
Dr. Chinta places a strong emphasis on continuing education and has acquired a fellowship in implant dentistry with over 160 hours of didactic education and training. He keeps up with the latest technologies in dentistry and incorporates them into patient care to deliver beautiful and aesthetic results. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry.
Outside of the office, Dr. Chinta loves traveling, DIY projects, cooking, hiking, and most importantly, spending time with his wife and two kids.
